FTC Capital is licensed to the following investment services and activities:

a) Investment advice within the meaning of Section 3 (2) fig. 1 WAG 2007 in regard to financial instruments according to Section 1 fig. 6 lit. a – j WAG 2007;

b) Portfolio management as per managing portfolios in accordance with mandates given by clients on a discretionary client-by-client basis where such portfolios include one or more financial instruments according to Section 3 (2) fig. 2 WAG 2007 solely from professional clients according to Section 58 WAG 2007 and eligible counterparties according to Section 60 WAG 2007, but not to retail clients according to Section 1 fig. 14 WAG 2007 in regard to financial instruments according to Section 1 fig. 6 lit. a – j WAG 2007;

c) Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments according to Section 1 fig. 6 lit a – j WAG 2007 within the meaning of Section 3 (2) fig. 3 WAG 2007.
